I was in marketing and kept hearing the same complaint
I (Megan) spent 3-4 years in marketing, helping businesses grow online. Anything, you name it, I did it. But no matter the client, the same frustration kept coming up: "I know I need more Google reviews, but I just can't get my customers to leave them." So I decided to fix it myself.
The problem was never the customers
Happy customers aren't lazy, they're busy. The problem was that no one made leaving a review easy enough. No system, no follow-up, no nudge. Just a hope and a prayer that someone would remember. I built the system that made it effortless.
